For removal выпускногЬ a collector together with турбокомпрессором from the engine established in the car, there is not enough place for access to эле­ментам its fastening. For access to fastening elements it is necessary to remove the engine/transmission or a front suspension subframe.

2 unhook a wire from a negative side of the accumulator battery.

5 Turn away a connecting nut, крепящую a tube of a supply of oil to the cylinder block, and get it from the cylinder block (fig. 9.49).
6 Remove the filter from the end of a tube of a supply of oil from outside the cylinder block and check up it on presence of pollution (fig. 9.50).
7 Turn out two bolts, крепящие a flange of a tube of return of oil to турбокомпрессору (fig. 9.51). Take aside a flange of a tube and remove a layer pad (fig. 9.52).
8 Remove the valve, exhaust gas recirculations (EGR) and a connecting pipe from an exhaust manifold as it is described in section 10.
9 Turn away eight nuts, крепящих a collector to a head of cylinders, and remove hollow disks from layer pad hairpins (fig. 9.53, 9.54).


the Description
1 Turbokompressor is established by Turbokompressor on all cars with diesel engines. It increases an engine power at the expense of pressure increase in an intake manifold above the atmospheric.
2 drive gear турбокомпрессора is carried out by the fulfilled gases. The fulfilled gases, passing through турбокомпрессор, disperse the turbine to a high rotary speed which is located on a shaft on which other end the compressor is established. The compressor, rotating in own housing, compresses air on a way to an intake manifold
3 Pressure of forced aspiration of air (pressure in an intake manifold) is limited заслонкой which rejects fulfilled gases from the turbine driving wheel in reply to a drive gear sensitive to pressure.
4 shaft of the turbine is greased with the engine oil submitted on a tube from the main oil port of the engine. Precautions
5 Turbokompressor work at extremely high speeds and temperatures, therefore for an exception of its premature exit out of operation it is necessary to observe certain precautions.

9 give the chance to the engine to work in a no-load conditions within several minutes before deenergizing after work of the engine with a high rotary speed of a bent shaft.
10 strictly observe the recommended intervals of replacement of oil and an oil filter. For engine lubricant use only oil of the recommended quality. Use of low-grade engine oil can lead to deposit formation on a shaft of the turbine and failure турбокомпрессора.

System of recirculation of the fulfilled gases
the System of recirculation of the fulfilled gases is established on engines of 1,8 l. The system is intended for giving of a small amount of the fulfilled gases in an inlet path of the engine. This process reduces level оксидов nitrogen in the fulfilled gases. The valve steered vacuum is established on a head of cylinders and regulates quantity of the fulfilled gases which goes back to an intake manifold. The valve is steered by vacuum by means of the electromagnetic valve. As the fulfilled gases practically do not contain combustible components, they do not burn and do not promote burning process, and reduce giving of a fresh toplivno-air mixture, and, thus, promote temperature reduction in combustion chambers, and also to reduction of the maintenance of oxides of nitrogen. The system is steered ECU on the basis of the information concerning temperature of a cooling fluid, loading of the engine and a bent shaft rotary speed.
